Delivery
Please allow two weeks for delivery of a new website and for writing and editing services. Urgent orders may incur an extra charge.
Communication
We'll communicate primarily by email. However, we may need to talk on the phone, or meet remotely or in person, for some discussions.
Review
You'll be able to review the work in progress and provide feedback. You will of course be free to amend my final version as you deem fit.
Documents
I can use both Microsoft Word or Google docs for writing, editing and proofreading, depending on your preference.
Style
I'll use British spelling and style by default for text intended for a Malta or UK audience, and US style for international audiences.
Privacy
I'll treat all your information and materials in the strictest confidence and in full respect for privacy in line with data protection laws.
Security
All your files are kept in a secure folder using a PIN-protected Personal Vault in Microsoft OneDrive. Website builder Wix.com guarantees security of websites.
Payment
50% upfront payment on services of over €100. Full amount due before final delivery. I'll refund your upfront payment before delivery if you're not happy with the service.
Support
I will be freely available to answer questions or clarify issues at any time after delivery of the final product. An optional management plan can be made on websites.
